• Should be good at synthesis of structured and modular systems meeting cost, function and quality criteria
• Should have atleast three most recent years of experience in managing projects successfully
• Should possess excellent interpersonal skills to be a facilitator and mentor for quality team work

Job Description

• Leads upto three or four independent engineering and software groups each led by a Team/Project Leader
• Plans and manages the execution of projects
• Gathers and analyzes project statistics
• Refines the process time estimates
• Anticipates, evaluates and recommends new tools for development process and productivity improvements
• Interacts with business divisions to understand customer requirements and formulate specifications
• Should be good at synthesis of structured and modular systems meeting cost, function and quality criteria
• Conducts annual performance appraisals for reporting staff
• Co-ordinates with Human Resources Department for manpower hiring schedules and talent search
